Telecontinent Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to support transaction processing, billing, and customer account administration. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and timely completion of daily tasks in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities cover market operations, billing support, and general operations administration, including invoicing, reporting, and account provisioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in back-office operations, transaction processing, billing, data entry, customer account administration, or shared services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data processing and validation.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and high volumes of transactions.

Responsabilités

• Process market transactions and resolve transaction exceptions.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate record maintenance.
• Support billing processes, adjustments, and exception handling.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and assist with meter data administration.
• Perform operational checks and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to first-level operational requests.
• Process customer account maintenance requests, including relocations, email updates, promotional code updates, and price plan changes.
• Resend invoices, extract reports, and perform other administrative duties as required.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and contracts.
• Process account provisioning, renewals, and bulk customer updates.
• Validate customer data and investigate provisioning issues.
• Process REC transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with REC reconciliation and reporting activities.
