Rhino Stone Tech ( Malaysia ) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to develop new clients and identify sales opportunities in Malaysia. The role involves building strong client relationships and handling inquiries via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

You will understand client requirements, recommend suitable products, and present features, specs, and use cases, including product demonstrations and basic technical support.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience as Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, B2B Sales, or in industrial equipment sales is preferred.
• Experience in robotics, solar energy, renewable energy, or machinery is an advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new clients and identify new sales and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle client inquiries through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Introduce product features, technical specifications, and application scenarios to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical support.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on negotiations, orders, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product testing, installation, and client support.
• Conduct market research and collect information on competitors and client needs.
• Support exhibitions, client visits, product demonstrations, and other sales activities.
