Job summary

AZEO Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Development Consultant who excels in client-facing B2B sales to sell corporate training and organisational solutions. You’ll engage business owners, HR leaders and management teams, diagnosing needs and proposing tailored development programs to drive leadership and workforce capability.

You’ll own your portfolio, manage the sales pipeline and targets while collaborating with our Solutions team to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Psychology, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate training, HR or talent solutions, consulting, client-facing advisory, L&D, talent development, OD or HR business partnering.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in pursuing sales and business targets.
• Ability to ask insightful questions, listen carefully and connect client needs with suitable solutions.
• Clear communication, confident presentation skills and disciplined follow-through.
• Ownership, resilience and a proactive approach to developing client relationships and progressing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to understand clients’ priorities and workforce challenges.
• Translate client needs into practical recommendations with Product Development & Solutions team.
• Prepare tailored proposals and deliver presentations that explain value and outcomes.
• Progress opportunities through timely follow-ups, stakeholder discussions and objection handling.
• Build and grow your assigned client portfolio and pursue repeat business and broader partnerships.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and own assigned net sales and gross-profit targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from proposal to implementation.
