Job summary

AAZ Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to balance marketing and client development, with focus on growing our Training services.

You will engage existing and prospective clients, understand their needs, and present AAZ's offerings with confidence. You will plan digital and traditional marketing activities, build lasting client relationships, create clear marketing materials, and work with colleagues across services to identify opportunities,

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, corporate training, business development or a related client-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including the confidence to speak with corporate clients and present to groups.
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated approach and a talent for building relationships.
• The ability to organise activities, follow through on commitments and work with colleagues across different services.

Responsibilities

• Engage existing and prospective clients, understand their needs and present AAZ's offerings with confidence.
• Plan and carry out digital and traditional marketing activities that build brand visibility and generate enquiries.
• Build lasting client relationships and act as a point of contact for information and support.
• Create clear marketing and training materials, such as guides, presentation slides and simple videos.
• Work with the team to identify opportunities across AAZ's services, particularly Training.
