Job summary

MACTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to connect business owners and professionals with our training and consultancy programs in Kuala Lumpur.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, advise on suitable courses, and build long-term relationships that drive repeat sales. Manage your own client portfolio in a CRM-driven environment, meet monthly targets with attractive incentives, and support consultants in preparing proposals for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, consulting, customer service, or education advisory roles.
• Strong phone communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates proficient in Chinese are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to advise clients on suitable business training, courses, and development programs.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to build long-term relationships and drive repeat sales.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio using CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with attractive incentives and commission schemes.
• Identify new business opportunities and propose creative tele-sales strategies.
