You will manage projects and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely quotations. Experience in construction-related sectors or B2B industries is welcome, and strong communication is essential to understand technical or industrial requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience in building materials, industrial products, engineering, machinery, manufacturing, hardware or other B2B industries is welcomed.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to understand technical or industrial requirements.
• Experience in sales strategy, client relations and market research is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Strategy & Client Relations: Develop action plans to achieve sales targets, conduct corporate visits, handle inbound inquiries, and build strong client relationships.
• Market Research & Reporting: Perform market surveys to identify new opportunities and provide regular sales activity reports to management.
• Project & Budget Management: Oversee site implementation to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget, timeline, quality standards, and authority requirements.
• Financial Oversight: Manage interim progress billings to purchasers based on site milestones to maintain healthy company cash flow.
• Customer Satisfaction: Prepare quotations and resolve client complaints or inquiries efficiently to ensure high-quality service delivery.
