You will set appointments, visit customers, follow up on orders, and collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus MS Office, will help you communicate effectively and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or related fields is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency is expected.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and hands-on with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties such as making appointments, visiting customers and following up on orders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations with sales, customers, logistics, and warehouse.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications.
• Communicate effectively with customers, follow up on leads, and understand their needs.
• Explain and demonstrate product features while staying updated on competitors' offerings.
• Upsell products and meet assigned sales targets.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
