Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Malaysia to manage customer accounts, drive sales across the electrical cables and industrial products sector, and coordinate order fulfilment from quotation to delivery. You will build and sustain relationships with dealers, contractors, and key stakeholders, while monitoring credit limits and collections to support healthy accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B settings or related industries.
• Strong ability to manage dealer, distributor, or channel partner relationships.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Capable of preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and outstation locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities in the territory.
• Receive, process, and coordinate customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Drive sales growth through regular customer engagement and account management.
• Monitor credit limits and outstanding balances and ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Support payment collections and coordinate with customers to maintain healthy AR.
