Job summary

Tai Sin Electric Cables (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer engagement, handle inquiries, and support order processing across Johor and nearby regions. You will work with a manufacturing cable business known for quality and service.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Marketing, has proven sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Occasional travel to outstation sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Receive orders and service the Company’s customers based in Johor.
• Responsible for collections and banking-in collections.
• Feedback market information and to implement company marketing plan.
• Require to travel outstation when necessary.
