IPC Industries Sdn. Bhd.

is seeking a Sales Executive / Inside Sales in Johor Bahru to manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and build long-term relationships in semi-finished aluminium alloys and engineering plastics. You will handle inquiries, understand requirements, prepare quotations, and drive the full sales cycle from enquiry to order fulfilment and collection, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Finance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related discipline.
• B2B Inside Sales or account management experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial materials, aluminium, metals, or engineering sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for business communications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with good numerical awareness.
• Proactive with strong follow-up skills and multi-account management capability.
• Customer-focused, responsible, and owns enquiry-to-fulfilment process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business email.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing B2B customer accounts.
• Handle enquiries, understand requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert opportunities to orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Finance to fulfil orders.
• Forecast demand and sales to support inventory and planning.
• Achieve sales, collection, and KPI targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, orders, and activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfilment.
