Job summary

INNIO GROUP SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru seeks a Senior Executive – B2B Sales to develop new business opportunities and acquire B2B customers within the industrial products and engineering components sector.

You will follow up with existing clients to strengthen relationships and drive sales, while identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions. The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, especially in industrial trading, and the ability to travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• B2B Trading / Industrial Sales experience is required.
• Experience selling industrial products, engineering components or related products is advantageous.
• Proven sales track record and existing B2B customer network preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients are welcome.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new B2B customers to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up closely with existing customers to maintain strong business relationships and increase sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable industrial products or solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to execute effective sales strategies.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery and payment collection.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and ad-hoc management reports.
• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, roadshows and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain a strong customer network.
