Sin Huat Press (Melaka) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to identify and secure new business within printing and packaging. You will generate leads, visit customers, prepare quotations, negotiate prices and drive orders while collaborating with Production, QA and Logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management is preferred.
• Experience in the printing, packaging, paper products or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sales drive, customer service orientation and a results-focused mindset.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the printing and packaging industry.
• Proactively generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, customer visits and other business development activities.
• Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing and packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on sales opportunities to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Production, Prepress, QA and Logistics, to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth and business expansion.
• Maintain accurate customer databases, sales reports and pipeline records.
• Follow up on customer feedback, coordinate issue resolution and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
