Job summary

HGS Display Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to grow the customer base in the commercial printing materials sector.

You will identify new B2B opportunities, present products, and build lasting client relationships. You will manage quotations, pricing negotiations and orders, while conducting market research to stay ahead of trends. The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred.
• Experience in printing, commercial printing, packaging or printing materials is an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Valid driving licence and own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Promote commercial printing materials, printing products and related products.
• Visit customers, conduct product presentations and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and understand customers’ needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on orders.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information when required.
