Job summary

Inistate is seeking a results-driven on-site sales professional in Johor Bahru to drive adoption of our Operational Workflow Platform. You will conduct discovery, map client processes, present tailored demos, and convert conversations into paid plans.

You will follow up leads from sign-ups and enquiries, qualify opportunities, and coordinate pilots with potential partners. Comfortable with travel and a hands-on, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling B2B software or solutions.
• Consultative style: map a business process on a whiteboard.
• Confident presenting on-site to managers and owners.
• Own transport and a valid driving license for local visits.
• Self-directed, disciplined with CRM and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with users who sign up for Inistate and convert to paid plans.
• Qualify leads from enquiries, referrals and events and schedule appointments.
• Run on-site presentations and demos tailored to the customer’s process.
• Identify and approach potential partners and set up meetings.
• Represent Inistate at exhibitions and industry events.
• Scope and run short pilots with customer operators and convert to paying workspaces.
• Keep CRM accurate, forecast honestly, and document deal progress.
