Alumaestro Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Salesperson for the Johor Bahru office. In this full-time role, you will drive revenue growth, develop client relationships, and represent our products to customers.

You will work closely with marketing, operations and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience. Ideal candidates have proven sales results, strong communication, and the ability to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in B2B/B2C contexts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Johor Bahru region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and approach potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI"s on a consistent basis.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service for seamless experiences.
