TEKMARK SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven Business to Business Sales Executive to drive growth in robotics solutions across factories, hospitals, and commercial facilities in Malaysia. You will hunt for new customers, qualify opportunities, present demonstrations, and close deals, while partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales, a diploma or degree in business/engineering fields, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management or solution sales experience.
• Non-technical candidates are welcome - product and application training provided.
• B2B experience in industrial, commercial, cleaning, facility, hospitality, material handling or related products is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Hunt and develop new B2B customers and sales opportunities.
• Build pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and customer visits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable robotic solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up opportunities through closing.
• Build strong customer and business-partner relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful solutions.
