Job summary

Talent Spot Group Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a talented Marketing Specialist to drive trade shows and events across ASEAN, while building demand generation mechanisms.

You will coordinate campaigns with sales and product teams, create compelling content, manage channels, and track performance to maximize lead generation and brand value.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in marketing, 5 years B2B experience with events, and strong communication skills, including collaboration with China partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related disciplines.
• 5 years of B2B marketing experience, includes tradeshows, campaigns and event planning and coordination, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or technology-related industries.
• Proven experience in marketing communications.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, including tradeshows, websites, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on marketing communication performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business partners in China.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
• Offline Events Management: Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities for offline events such as tradeshows, customer events and conferences.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing materials and ensure alignment with brand voice.
• Communication Channel Management: Manage company websites, social media, email marketing, and other channels; update content and monitor engagement.
• Demand gen implementation: Develop and implement demand gen initiatives including funnel build-up/tracking, MQL/SQL conversion and leads nurturing.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze performance and prepare reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with marketing, sales, and product management to align messaging and execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business partners in China.
