Job summary

Dahua Technology Malaysia is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist (Event Marketing) to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B and B2G events, including exhibitions, partner nights, conferences, and customer events.

You will coordinate with internal teams, partners, agencies, suppliers, venues, and contractors to ensure smooth event delivery, manage POSM and materials, and provide onsite support such as setup, registration, and troubleshooting. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in event marketing or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in organising large-scale events and managing projects end-to-end.
• Experience in IT/technology/security industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B/B2G events, exhibitions, partner nights, conferences, seminars, and customer events.
• Manage events end-to-end: planning, budgeting, timeline, logistics, supplier coordination, onsite execution, post-event review.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, agencies, suppliers, venues, and contractors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Manage event POSM and marketing materials, including booth displays, banners, brochures, giveaways, signage, and promotional assets.
• Provide onsite support including setup, registration, guest management, programme coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Support other marketing activities and projects as assigned.
