Job summary

DAHUA SECURITY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist (Event Marketing) to lead end-to-end B2B and B2G events, including exhibitions, partner nights, conferences, and customer events.

You will coordinate with internal teams, partners, agencies, and suppliers to ensure flawless delivery and onsite support. The role requires 2–5 years in event marketing with strong coordination, vendor management, and English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in event marketing, event management, exhibitions, or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in organising large-scale events and managing projects end-to-end.
• Experience in B2B/B3, IT, technology, security, or related industries.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong project coordination, communication, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills; BM and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Willing to travel and provide onsite support, including occasional weekends/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end B2B/B2G events, exhibitions, partner nights, conferences, seminars, and customer events.
• Manage events end-to-end including planning, budgeting, timeline, logistics, supplier coordination, onsite execution, and post-event review.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, agencies, suppliers, venues, and contractors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Manage event POSM and marketing materials including booth displays, banners, brochures, giveaways, signage, and promotional assets.
• Provide onsite support including setup, registration, guest management, programme coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Support other marketing activities and projects as assigned.
