Job summary

Mincka Engineering seeks a growth marketer to keep us in front of the right clients weekly. You will run campaigns across our four service lines—inspection, design, certification and monitoring—and grow existing accounts in mining and heavy industry.

You will book meetings for the CEO and senior engineers, manage our LinkedIn and Google Ads presence with paid campaigns and SEO, and lead a content specialist while delivering the work. A strong CRM habit and excellent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in B2B growth or demand generation, with results you can prove.
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Australian, US or European clients.
• Excellent English, daily AI user, strong CRM habits.
• Hands-on and confident enough to push back.

Responsibilities

• Run always-on campaigns for four service lines: inspection, design, certification and monitoring.
• Grow existing clients and win new ones across mining and heavy industry.
• Book meetings for our CEO and senior engineers, and never let a contact go cold.
• Run LinkedIn and Google presence, including paid campaigns, SEO and tracking every enquiry to its source.
• Build our brand so anyone who checks us out finds a credible, premium firm.
• Lead a content specialist while still doing the work yourself.
