Job summary

MineHub is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and evolve the marketing function, sharpening market positioning and scaling our commercial motion. This hands-on role entails shaping our story, building sales assets, and getting MineHub in front of the right audiences at industry events.

You will collaborate with sales and design to drive day-to-day marketing, including grassroots activities that build our presence in the metals and mining community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS/enterprise or technical space.
• Proven ability to plan and run digital campaigns with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience growing corporate LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
• Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, content optimization, and on-page basics.
• Comfort with a modern marketing stack; experience with HubSpot and web analytics.
• Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for a company or product line.
• Strong writing ability to translate technical or commercial topics into clear narratives.
• Experience building sales enablement materials and collaborating with sales teams.
• A data-driven approach and ability to explain metrics to leadership.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset with design and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multichannel digital campaigns around a single message with clear conversion goals.
• Own LinkedIn and X presence; grow engaged followings and manage paid campaigns.
• Lead SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization to grow organic traffic.
• Create landing pages and optimize them for conversions; test and improve over time.
• Build email programs in HubSpot moving leads from first touch to sales-ready.
• Plan and run webinars with experts and customers, including promotion and follow-up.
• Refine positioning and messaging; ensure consistency across channels.
• Collaborate on website evolution with design to reflect positioning and improve conversions.
• Develop buyer personas and support product launches with clear messaging.
• Turn customer wins into case studies; distribute them across campaigns and materials.
• Produce thought leadership content and distribute across channels.
