Job summary

Mincka Engineering seeks a growth marketer to keep us in front of the right clients weekly. You will run campaigns across our four service lines—inspection, design, certification and monitoring—and grow existing accounts in mining and heavy industry.

You will book meetings for the CEO and senior engineers, manage our LinkedIn and Google Ads presence with paid campaigns and SEO, and lead a content specialist while delivering the work. A strong CRM habit and excellent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in B2B growth or demand generation, with results you can prove.
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Australian, US or European clients.
• Excellent English, daily AI user, strong CRM habits.
• Hands-on and confident enough to push back.

Mincka Engineering keeps heavy industrial plant safe and productive for some of the world's largest resources companies, including Glencore, Anglo American and Sojitz. We pair registered Australian engineers with AI and our Argus digital twin platform. Now we need someone to keep us in front of the right clients, every week.

What you'll do

What we offer

• USD 2,400 to 3,000 a month, paid 14 times a year.
• A USD 2,500 yearly benefits allowance you shape yourself, such as family health cover, learning or a trip to Australia.

• Day hours, 6am to 3pm Malaysia time, working from a serviced office in Kuala Lumpur that we pay for. This is an office-based role, not remote.
