Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise cross-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

You will manage budgets, conduct tests, and work with internal teams to build landing pages and content that improve conversions while supporting CRM and marketing automation throughout the funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital/lead gen or campaign management.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong CRM, email marketing, automation, GA4, and conversion tracking knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, PM, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Manage paid media budgets, run A/B tests, and improve performance to hit lead targets.
• Collaborate to create landing pages and content to improve conversions.
• Support CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation throughout the customer journey.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and provide actionable ROI insights.
• Support on-ground marketing initiatives, events, and brand consistency.
