IME Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth and lead generation for its engineering and technology solutions business. You will craft content, run campaigns, and align marketing activities with sales goals.

The role requires hands-on digital marketing experience, strong copywriting, and the ability to translate complex engineering offerings into business value. Based in Subang Jaya, this on-site position collaborates with sales teams and product groups.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
• Hands-on in digital marketing, paid ads, content marketing and campaign execution.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• B2B marketing and lead generation concepts understood.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, EDM, SEO and other platforms.
• Develop lead generation strategies to support growth and sales pipeline targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable optimisation insights.
• Create B2B marketing content including social posts, EDMs, landing pages and case studies.
• Translate engineering solutions into clear business value and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with sales, principals and product teams to align marketing with market opportunities.
• Support event marketing and digital promotion for exhibitions, seminars, and webinars.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
