Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Staffing) to drive B2B sales and staffing partnerships in Malaysia. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and securing staffing contracts across contract staffing, permanent placement, and executive search.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in staffing or HR services, strong negotiation skills, and a good grasp of Malaysia's hiring landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management within staffing or HR services.
• Deep understanding of the Malaysian hiring landscape and local terms.
• Excellent English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to meet quarterly quotas.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate new B2B clients across Malaysia and build strategic partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships and staffing proposals.
• Position contract staffing, permanent recruitment, or RPO solutions.
• Negotiate SLAs, fees, and payment terms.
• Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure delivery and meet submission-to-hire targets.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry shifts.
