Job summary

Great Eastern in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Lead Generation professional to drive a scalable pipeline supporting our distribution channels. You will own end-to-end lead generation from strategy to execution, ensuring regulatory alignment and data protection.

The role requires 5–8 years in lead generation within financial services, strong multi-channel expertise, and a data-driven mindset to optimise KPIs like lead volume and cost per lead.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in lead generation, sales/marketing, or business development, preferably within financial services or insurance.
• Strong experience in multi-channel lead generation (e.g., events, partnerships, digital campaigns).
• Good understanding of customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, from planning to execution and performance optimisation.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse KPIs (e.g. lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates) and derive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams (e.g. distribution, marketing, compliance) and external partners.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Results-oriented with strong accountability for outcomes.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong execution capability with attention to detail and timelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business targets, identifying high-impact channels and segments.
• Plan and manage activation activities such as roadshows, events, and campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Build and manage partnerships and cross-channel collaborations to expand lead sources and maximise reach.
• Drive digital lead acquisition initiatives and ensure effective customer journeys and timely lead capture and distribution.
• Oversee lead management processes, including allocation, tracking, and follow-up to maximise conversion.
• Monitor performance through data analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal governance standards, including data protection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as distribution teams, risk, compliance, and senior management to deliver outcomes.
