Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in end-user computing and managing an end-user computing team.
- Strong knowledge of end-user computing systems and technologies like Microsoft O365, Active-Directory, email, hardware and networking.
- Experience with incident recovery and cross-team collaboration.
Aufgaben
- Define strategic direction for End User Computing and Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Oversee architecture, governance, operations and continuous improvement of enterprise digital workplace services.
- Lead cross-functional teams across IT and business units to drive end-user experience improvements.
- Manage budgets, vendor relations and technology procurement related to end-user computing.
