Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, security services).
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD, Entra ID, Active Directory).
- Experience supporting migration, modernization, and cloud transformation in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Security, and Compliance.
- Lead migration and modernization projects to cloud-based workplace solutions.
- Provide expert technical support for Microsoft 365 services and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Support customer engagements through assessments, workshops, and solution recommendations.
- Contribute to presales with requirements gathering, solution design, and technical presentations.
- Create high-quality technical documentation and share knowledge across teams.
