Job summary

Perunding D Lite Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT & Digital Solutions Executive to support the company’s IT environment and drive continuous improvement of digital workplace and business systems. You will help optimize technology usage across the organization, covering IT operations, Microsoft 365, digital solutions, cybersecurity and process enhancement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, IS or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT, systems administration or digital solutions experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related business applications.
• Experience in workflow automation and digital process improvement using Power Automate, SharePoint or Forms.
• Ability to support day-to-day IT operations, user requirements and system administration.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, access management and information protection practices.
• Able to work with internal teams to identify and implement practical digital improvements.
• Willing to travel across Peninsular and East Malaysia, as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT, systems administration or digital solutions.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related business applications.
• Experience in workflow automation and digital process improvement using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms or similar platforms.
• Ability to support day-to-day IT operations, user requirements and system administration.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, access management and information protection practices.
• Able to work with internal teams to identify and implement practical digital improvements.
• Comfortable coordinating with external technology vendors and service providers.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Intune, Entra ID or Microsoft Defender would be an advantage.
• Hands-on, proactive, organized and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Willing to travel across Peninsular and East Malaysia, as required.
