We are seeking a capable resource to coordinate a range of activities, from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

The Dispatch AV Technician will provide on-site and remote support for AV and IT systems. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual with solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to service dispatches for AV setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Install, configure, and test AV systems: projectors, VC systems, speakers, displays, control systems (Crestron, Extron)
• Support IT hardware (PCs, routers, printers, switches) and basic network issues
• Maintain logs, resolve service tickets, and liaise with internal and client-side teams
• Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical users
• Stay up to date with AV/IT trends and tools

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years in AV or IT technician roles
• Familiarity with AV platforms (Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Logitech, Polycom)
• Experience with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet
• Valid driver’s license + ability to travel
• Technical certifications or an Associate’s degree are a plus

Additional Requirements

• On-call flexibility (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Ability to lift and transport AV equipment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
