Job summary

Transmatic Autobenz Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced manager to lead our automotive workshop/branch operations in Malaysia. The candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in managerial roles, overseeing teams, service processes and KPI performance.

The role requires strong leadership, financial awareness, and the ability to analyze performance and implement corrective actions while maintaining excellent customer service and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in automotive workshop/branch management or similar managerial role.
• Experience leading a team and overseeing workshop/branch operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive workshop operations and service processes.
• Strong knowledge of branch KPIs including revenue, gross profit, productivity, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Proven leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good financial awareness to monitor costs, profitability and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills, especially with escalated complaints.
• Ability to analyze operational and business performance and take corrective actions.
• Proactive, responsible, disciplined and results-oriented.
