HRX Motosport in Malaysia is hiring a Workshop Supervisor / Mechanic Manager to lead the mechanic team, oversee daily workshop operations, and ensure all vehicles are serviced safely and to quality standards. You will assign tasks, monitor progress and liaise with the service desk to update customers.

The successful candidate has 3–5 years of automotive workshop experience, strong leadership, troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced shop.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations.
• Strong experience as a Senior Mechanic, Workshop Supervisor or Manager.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair, diagnostics and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive problems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure jobs are completed smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise, lead and coordinate the mechanic and technician team.
• Assign daily jobs to mechanics based on workload and priority.
• Monitor vehicle inspection, servicing, repair and maintenance processes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues when required.
• Ensure workshop safety, quality standards and proper documentation.
