BYD Malaysia seeks a dedicated market analyst to research automotive spare parts, track market trends, and assess pricing information. You will collect and analyse data to guide business decisions and manage dealer orders to ensure timely processing.

You will coordinate logistics, monitor stock turnover, support pricing management, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Strong Excel skills and dealer-facing communication are essential.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive spare parts or after-sales operations.
• Familiar with automotive spare parts, dealer operations and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with dealers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis is an advantage.

• Conduct market research on automotive spare parts, including market trends, product availability and pricing information.
• Collect and analyse spare parts market and business data to support business decisions.
• Manage and follow up dealer spare parts orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Coordinate spare parts logistics, shipments and delivery and resolve related issues.
• Maintain and analyse spare parts sales, order, inventory and stock turnover data.
• Support spare parts pricing management and maintain pricing information.
• Support spare parts inventory management, stocktaking and reconciliation.
• Monitor local regulatory and certification requirements related to automotive spare parts.
• Follow up and coordinate the resolution of spare parts-related issues with relevant teams and dealers.
