Job summary

PROTON, Malaysia's national carmaker, seeks a seasoned management analyst to prepare and consolidate reports, KPIs, and performance data across Body & Paint operations. You will coordinate strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement using strong data skills.

With a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Automotive Service Centre Management or related areas, the role requires proactive, detail-oriented work and proficiency in MS Office. Merimen familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Automotive Service Centre Management, After Sales, Body & Paint Operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Familiarity with Merimen system is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, analyse, and monitor management reports, KPIs, and business performance data.
• Coordinate and support departmental projects, strategic studies, and business initiatives.
• Develop, review, and monitor operational guidelines, compliance audits, and dealer network development activities for Body & Paint operations.
• Evaluate dealer, vendor, and business partner performance, and recommend improvement actions.
• Conduct business analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process enhancement and business growth.
• Facilitate meetings, drive issue resolution, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare management presentations, proposals, and reports for internal stakeholders.
