Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or automotive field.
• 5–8 years in automotive parts ops with managerial exposure.
• CKD project setup experience is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, negotiation and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and cost-control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national parts business strategy aligned with Principal and Malaysia market plan.
• Drive genuine parts penetration and reduce grey/parallel parts usage.
• Support new dealer network expansion with structured parts programs.
• Establish localized parts policies, pricing structures, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Principal for parts ordering, shipment, and allocation; monitor lead times.
• Manage CKD and CBU parts requirements; resolve back-order issues and escalations.
• Set up and manage national parts warehouse operations; monitor inventory health.
