Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, automotive aftersales, service coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Candidates with automotive dealership experience will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service assistance activities to ensure smooth and efficient aftersales operations.
• Manage customer enquiries, service appointments, follow-up calls, and service reminders.
• Monitor and follow up on Teleservice tickets, customer leads, and assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and follow up on Customer Care and Relationship Survey (CCRS) results, customer feedback, and outstanding cases to support customer satisfaction and achieve departmental targets.
• Coordinate customer transportation arrangements, including driver and courtesy car requests, where required.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, workshop personnel, drivers, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor daily operational activities, service reports, and assigned KPIs to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Track outstanding cases and follow up with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare, maintain, and update HR-related documentation, including staff records, attendance, leave applications, overtime forms, and other personnel documents as assigned.
• Maintain accurate operational records, prepare reports, and provide regular progress updates to management.
