Job summary

Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara is seeking a Service Advisor for MOTORRAD to provide expert service guidance to customers and document vehicle data accurately. You will prepare detailed work orders with diagnoses and estimated repair times, and ensure accurate invoicing for services rendered.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Automotive with at least two years in automotive service or customer service, and preferably motorcycle industry experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive Service/Customer Service.
• Experience as Technician/Service Advisor in motorcycle sector is an advantage.
• Excellent customer relations with pleasant personality.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service advice with the customer.
• Note and record comments from customers pertaining to vehicles.
• Create complete and detailed orders with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated SR test time and work hours, completion date, scope of costs, etc.
• Check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services.
• Record vehicle data in the customer file.

Check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services.

Record vehicle data in the customer file.

Qualification

• Diploma in Automotive
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive Service Line / Customer Service.
• Previous experience as a Technician/Service Advisor in the Automotive Bike Industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent customer relations skills with pleasant personality.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license.
