Job summary

Bakateam Sdn. Bhd. (Perodua 3S) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Automotive Aftersales Coordinator to ensure overall customer satisfaction with service and help customers understand recommended maintenance and repairs.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Automotive field, at least 1 year of experience, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driving license, and willingness to work weekends and public holidays at Jalan Klang Lama.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Automotive field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to advise and communicate with customers regarding vehicle situation.
• Must have a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Must willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service.
• Communicate effectively with customers about services recommended and performed.
• Prepare service estimates, sell routine maintenance / repair services, and follow up on unsold services and inquiries.
• Performs opening and closing responsibilities.
• Schedules appointments, answers phone and collects funds for services performed.
• Conducting final inspection and vehicle handover.
• Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
