Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Prepare DOs, invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain filing and documentation records.
• Coordinate with Sales Team, HQ and other departments.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Handle data entry and update customer information.
• Assist in reports and other administrative tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
