Mega Champion Auto Mart (M) Sdn.Bhd. seeks a proactive Retail Sales Executive to drive sales and customer satisfaction at our Bandar Bukit Puchong showroom. You will respond to inquiries, upsell packages, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail sales or automotive-related sales.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Attend to online and offline customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customers’ requirements, and recommend best solution on our products or services.
• Explain our product features, specifications, compatibility, installation requirements, warranty coverage and after-sales support.
• Prepare quotations, promote suitable products and packages, and achieve individual and outlet sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Build strong customer relationships, conduct follow-ups and encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term customer loyalty.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth job allocation, installation progress and timely vehicle completion.
