Job summary

Federal Auto Holdings Berhad is seeking a Customer Relations Officer/Executive in Malaysia to deliver exceptional support in a dynamic automotive environment. You will proactively remind customers of service, coordinate appointments, and address concerns to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

The role requires a diploma or degree in automotive/mechanical engineering or related fields, with at least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role being preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, fresh graduates with relevant background are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
• Strong telephony, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively conduct service reminders to customers via calls and SMS.
• Coordinate and manage customer appointments while monitoring service center capacity.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and initiating improvements.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to management.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database in line with data compliance standards.
• Perform post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships to achieve high satisfaction and loyalty.
