Job summary

PROTON is seeking a Business Operations Executive to coordinate, review and finalise contracts with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will support AHTV projects with Geely and manage commercial arrangements for Proton and Geely-branded products produced in Malaysia or China.

You will work with legal, finance and purchasing teams to ensure all agreements are compliant, and you will keep thorough records of negotiations and SLA-bound activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, statistics, finance and accounting or similar discipline.
• 2–3 years total experience in handling contracts and pricing, FP&A.
• Experience coordinating with managers, employees and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, review, negotiate, and finalise contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support AHTV projects and collaboration between Proton and Geely.
• Ensure contracts are legally binding and compliant with laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of contract negotiations and activities.
• Finalize contracts and service requests within SLA.
• Monitor pricing: monthly sales confirmations, freight costs, price movements.
• Maintain up-to-date itemized part price listings and submit price changes for approval.
• Assist annual cost reduction activities and prepare regular reports.
