PERSOL Malaysia in Subang Jaya is seeking a Senior Project Executive (Automotive) to drive end-to-end project coordination from quotation through delivery and commissioning. You will liaise with local and international partners to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.

The role emphasizes strong supplier/customer management, global coordination, and business development in machinery. Knowledge of MS Office and SAP/ERP is preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Experience in trading, project coordination or related fields is needed (2+ years).
• Experience in automotive manufacturing equipment or project management is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/ERP experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, local and overseas partners.
• Ensure timely issuance of project details, POs, delivery schedules and payment follow-up.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and customers for uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with overseas offices to support cross-border business development and customer service.
• Identify and develop new machinery/equipment business opportunities.
• Manage quotations including review, sourcing, and follow-up.
