TTL Group in Malaysia is seeking a responsible and organised Debt Collector Assistant to support the collection of outstanding payments from customers. You will follow up on overdue accounts, contact customers to remind them of pending payments, and maintain accurate payment records.

The role requires collaboration with sales, operations, and finance to resolve disputes, assess credit risk, and help minimise financial risk.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Junior level are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment, payment terms, and debt collection.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial or ERP systems.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.

• Manage customer accounts, credit limits, payment terms, and credit risk.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit terms.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve payment disputes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare credit control reports.
• Implement effective debt collection procedures and escalate overdue payments when necessary.
• Provide recommendations to management to improve collection efficiency and minimise financial risks.
