Job summary

Sin Siang Hin (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure top-notch service standards. You will mentor CRE, SA, and Technicians to achieve targets and maintain quality customer interactions.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Automotive or Management with extensive leadership experience in service management, and proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. You must hold a valid driving licence and manage office software effectively.

Job description

Monitor service quality, handle customer feedback, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Support and guide team members (CRE, SA, Technicians) to achieve departmental targets.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

Prepare service reports and recommend improvement plans for better efficiency and performance.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the branch.

Manage inventory in accordance with SOP, including proper control of stock aging.

Oversee branch facilities and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operations.

Identify branch needs and implement strategies to achieve consistent growth and performance.

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Management, or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 8 years' technical working experience and 5 years' management working experience in the service.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with customers and team members).

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Valid B or D driving license. (Must have own transport)

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
