Job summary

SPRITZER BHD. Taiping site seeks a Maintenance Engineer to troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. You will support preventive maintenance and assist on automation upgrades across the line.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing or automation. Experience with sensors, motors, conveyors, robotics in FMCG is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting.
• Experience in maintenance or automation environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of automated production equipment and machinery.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in automation projects, equipment upgrades, and system improvements.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Willing to work at Taiping, Perak
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical or Electronic engineering.
• 1 to 3 years working experience in manufacturing, automation, maintenance, or engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and circuit board troubleshooting.
• Experience working with sensors, motors, conveyors, robotics in an FMCG food or beverage manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience or knowledge in Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) will have an added advantage
