Job summary

Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd, founded in 2007, seeks a technician to inspect, analyse and troubleshoot production equipment and systems. You will read repair manuals, liaise with engineers, run tests, and prepare reports.

The role includes preventative maintenance and staying updated with industry advances. Applicants with a Diploma/Higher Diploma or Degree are welcome, with experience as a technician and the ability to multitask and follow health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma /Higher diploma/Certification with equivalent years of experience.
• Degree holder is also welcome to apply.
• Experience as a technician.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with engineers in different functional groups.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Good communication or ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
• Sound problem-solving skills.
• Advantage if have skill on measurement scope & soldering skills
