Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required in software/IT field.
• Minimum 3 years of software/app development experience.
• ERP experience with Epicor is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently in an Agile environment.
• Willing to work at Taiping, Perak.

Responsibilities

Job description

Plan, Test, recommend and implement any required customization.

Develop reports and dashboards, customization, and BPM.

Perform analysis on business problem and requirements to determine source and develop options/alternatives.

Explain and sharing technical requirements and information with end users.

Coordinate on user acceptance testing.

Administer MS SQL database.

Create technical and support documentation.

Develop, follow, and enforce technical guidelines and processes, such as coding standards.

Provide knowledge to other team members. Mentor in architecture, standards, best practices, and approaches.

Assures system performance is adequate to support business needs.

Prioritized task related to the assigned Role and maintained application documentation in relation to the assigned Role (Epicor, Integration, OCS).

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software/application development.
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably Epicor, and manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• Wiling to work at Taiping, Perak.
