Job summary

SPRITZER BHD. in Taiping, Perak is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician (Blowing Machine) to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, inspect equipment and replace worn parts, and record work. You will collaborate with Production to minimize downtime and ensure GMP, 5S, and safety adherence.

Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years' experience on blowing machines is required, and relocation to Taiping is needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience on blowing machines or similar high-tech production equipment.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical engineering.
• Willing to relocate to Taiping, Perak.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on blow moulding machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns.
• Inspect machines and replace faulty or worn parts.
• Record maintenance work and report machine issues.
• Work with Production to minimize machine downtime.
• Follow GMP, 5S and safety requirements.
