Job summary

SPRITZER BHD. Taiping site seeks a Maintenance Engineer to troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. You will support preventive maintenance and assist on automation upgrades across the line.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing or automation. Experience with sensors, motors, conveyors, robotics in FMCG is advantageous.

Qualifications

Diploma in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing.
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting.
Experience in maintenance or automation environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of automated production equipment and machinery.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in automation projects, equipment upgrades, and system improvements.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
Comply with safety, GMP, and company operating procedures.
